The Neallen Ladder Guard is a quick and easy solution to preventing unwanted visitors from gaining access to a
scaffold. Easily installed and removed, it can then be stored on the scaffold itself.
Once a scaffold is erected around a property, there is a risk of a fall internally from the scaffold. Neallen Ltd have combated this problem and we believe we have reduced as reasonably practicable all risks of falls internally. The Neallen Safety Working Platform not only supplies a platform for any person installing the roof/floor structure but also protects any person working on the external scaffold.

The bricklayer builds the property to a height of 8/9 course of blocks. 1.9m minimum.

The external scaffold is installed around the perimeter of the plot. An Access ladder is fixed into position with a Neallen ladder Guard.

The Neallen Safety Working Platform is now installed within the plot covering the entire area.

Once the Neallen System is decked out it is safe for building to commence.

Bricklayers use the platform to complete the building of all of the internal walls, which eradicates the need for cumbersome trestle systems and fall protection products. The system will take a loading weight of 1KN per square metre.

Once the bricklayer has taken the wall up-to chamber / wall plate height the system is cleaned off and is now ready for the roof/floor structure to be installed.

Once the roof structure is felted or the floor structure covered and the stairwell made safe the Neallen Safety Working Platform can be removed.
